We are TWO DAYS away from our 2nd fundraiser of the year! This blog will provide some answers to common questions about the day of the event.
WHO DOES THE FUNDRAISER BENEFIT?
Our Goal is to raise $5,000 with this event to support the new residential program of Oasis House. After a few set backs with permits and theft they plan to move into the house by the end of June. Because of your support we have $3,000 in donations as of May 28th. We have faith in Christ that our goal will be met by next week. Checks and cash donations are welcomed at registration and online at http://www.imathlete.com/donate/milesforfreedomoasishouse Make checks payable to Oasis House For M.F.F.

5. What order will participants start in?
Because this is not a race we will start the mileage near the Pioneer Shelter where check in is. We will cross the bridge and go to Springfield St. to pick up the start of Creekside Trail and head towards Beavercreek Station. In order for us to give more money to Oasis House you must track your own time.
We ask that Cyclist start first, then Inline skaters, Derby Skaters, Longboarders, Runners, walkers, and lastly families or those that want to start at a casual pace. (ONLY a minute or so will separate each group)
SAFETY FIRST YOU MUST STOP AT ALL ROADS, AND WEAR YOUR HELMET AT ALL TIMES. PLEASE ANNOUNCE PASSING ON THE LEFT, KEEP A SAFE SPEED AND BE AWARE OF OTHERS WHO ARE USING THE TRAIL.
CALL 911 IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY.
